Todays Harvest!
Our garden seems to be doing much better this year (year 3), the soil must be much better this year and maybe all the water really does work! If anyone has eggplant recipes, please send them over. Thusfar, I've done PW's Eggplant with pasta and it was delish! I think it might've been the first time I've eaten eggplant!
